Some people feel that if you kill an animal for food you should eat as much of it as is food, which would include all of these things. And if people are hungry, they will eat everything edible and more. So it's a luxury when we can only eat excellent cuts of meat bought from the store where they are nicely packaged and we don't have to think about who killed the animal, etc. P.S. I'm a carnivore and I don't want to know either!

People with few resources will eat whatever is at hand. Ever heard of haggis, sausage, or hot dogs, for that matter? (fyi, they're called udders. I doubt you could eat cow utters, since cows don't talk)

I dont know about utters, but I know that in some parts of the country, that they eat the teet part. when I first started driving trucks I stopped down in texas and ordered steak fingers, little to my knowldege these were cow **** breaded and deep fried. I tried it but after one bite I was done. Needless to say I never order steak fingers in texas ever again.

They eat mountain oysters (which are bulls' testicles) and people eat hog maws and chitterlings (which are the pig's intestines and stomach lining) so, yes, there are people out there that eat things like utters and necks and pigs' snouts and sheep's bladders.
Hell, there are people who eat dogs and cats! (in some Asian countries, that is.)

If you meant the word 'udder', then yes, mankind has eaten everything,............if you literally meant the word 'utter', I don't see how that would be possible, as, mankind has eaten their own words, but to my knowledge, no one has been able to eat a cow sound.

udders are used in some countries to fill with different ingredients and cooked . sorta like a hot pocket meal.

I don't know anybody around here who eats udders, we always take that off with the hide. Tongues and testicles are eaten.
