Since kohinoor( the largest cut diamond) was taken away by britishers during their 100yr rule in IndianSubcontinent?

The British should return the KOHINOOR ! its from indian soil !!!

oh i think they surely should return it because it is our own property. will they ever allow any indian to keep their property with us NO !! they should return it

But why do you want them to return it when it serves its purpose as a part of the history ? It is rather better protected and better looked after there.If it comes to India,do you have any idea regarding the cost it would have on the public exchequer for its upkeep?When Tagore's Nobel prize citations and memento could be stolen by the so called sons of the soil,do you think KOHINOOR would be protected?If we are so proud of our soil,why not actually do something for the country(like:-trying to actually improve the conditions of people rather than shouting empty slogans or for that matter trying to stop corruption rather than blaming the system to be bad) rather than clinging to past history and propagating paranoia in the name of nationalism ?

It is history. Actually KOHINOOR was taken by Nasirudin shah(king of afganistan at the time of jahangir).
then British took that from him.So they wiin't return.

Oh while we're at it we'll return the Elgin Marbles, Egyptian artifacts, Cleopatras's needle, Napoleons saddle and Leonardo da Vinci's drawings!!!
