Poway, California (in San Diego County) Great weather 70-80 pretty much year round, excellent schools ( all 800 and higher API), low crime, close to the beach (15 minutes) Close to the "finest city" San Diego for tons of live jazz music, great dining in the gas lamp district, san diego zoo and balboa park, old globe theatre entertainment, fishing off la jolla's kelp beds, kayaking along the coast, sailing along mission bay, Seaworld, Charger and Padre games, on and on. Lots of good people I call friends and everyone wants to come visit from everywhere.

Montréal, Canada. The best in the world. English ans French cultures side by side. Old Montréal which looks like -and feels like - Europe. Tons of festivals during the summer. Yes, the best.
