Karaoke and college is my occupation.

I love running Karaoke because it makes others feel good. One time I recorded one of my singers. (very low self-esteem) I played it in the bar for everyone to hear. (Great voice!) I told the bar the first person to tell me who is singing this song I will buy them a drink. People were guessing the original artist! The look on her face was so great. Her eyes lit right up. She was the center of attention. (good attention.) Finally someone figured it out. People were drowning her with complements and she was loving it. It felt good to make her feel good.

I also love my job because people talk to me like they would the bartender. (Like cheers t.v. show) They tell me there problems and I do my best to give them differnt perspectives on it. Sometimes people just need to get things of their chest. It is a great feeling knowing that they trust me.

College well not really an occupation, but it is a great self-esteem boost for myself. That is why I love college also.

I am a psychiatric technician. Let me explain . . . I am trained in basic nursing skills, much like a LVN, but a more intense focus is given to mental health and developmental disabilities training. I have work for 14 years in a state run facility and have had the joy of working with developmentally disabled children and adults with varying degrees of skills and varying severitiy of self-injurious, aggressive and socially-undesireable behaviors. Being a component of a team that improves the quality of life and helps them integrate more fully into the community at large, brings me back day after day, with a smile on my face and renewed resolve to make this day their best.

I love my job! I'm a retired/disabled US Army officer and get more than enough money from both the Veterans Administration and my Social Security to pay my bills. So I pretty much choose what I do and when I do it. Since my chosen "job" is helping others, and since I love helping others, it works out pretty well. :))

I Love My Job!

I love my job, I love the pay!

I love it more and more each day.

I love my boss, he is the best!

I love his boss and all the rest

I love my office and its location, I hate to have to go on vacation.

I love my furniture, drab and grey, and piles of paper that grow each day!

I think my job is really swell, there's nothing else I love so well.

I love to work among my peers, I love their leers, and jeers, and sneers.

I love my computer and its software;

I hug it often though it won't care. I love each program and every file.

I'd love them more if they worked a while.

I'm happy to be here. I am. I am.

I'm the happiest slave of the Firm, I am.

I love this work, I love these chores.

I love the meetings with deadly bores.

I love my job - I'll say it again - I even love those friendly men.

Those friendly men who've come today,

In clean white coats to take me away!!!!!

I sell sequined thongs and crochet bras (along with tee shirts and pipes) at music festivals. The ladies love my product and I enjoy that many like to slip out of what they are wearing on the spot to wear their new scimpy outfits in public.
