I always wonder why people continue to hurt
others to this day by either psychically contact and metally

I don't like it when someone tells you that you are
ugly, fat, or anything of that sort.. just because thats his vision of beauty. Who defines beauty? You or Him?

also this implies to all other causing low-steam

hmm, wouldn't it be unfair if som1 jus "pick" on you and you are the only 1 who gets pissed off?
wel, it's sort of like "game" where you are either superior or inferior and someitmes some people feel like they'll never get a chance to do something or something like they don't have some sort of "natural" abilities to work things up. Some are jealous, grew up in a different "mental" environments, all kinds of stuff. Usually, when a couple gets lazy, they will most probably have "dark" families to influence other people to be bad.

IN CONCLUSION, people just think that they don't necessarily have to be "good" in their lives.

People often act out their own unacknowledged pain, or they seek to have power over others to compensate for their own feelings of powerlessness. Most of all, they simply don't realize what they are doing. People choose to be blind to the consequences, to avoid being responsible for their actions, but if people chose in all moments to face the truth and feel the effect they are having reflecting back at them, they would never do the least selfish thing for it would hurt them too badly.

It's human nature for some people to try to build themselves up
by tearing others down. These people are usually too insecure
to try building themselves up for real instead.

Don't let yourself be hurt mentally. You have the power to tell yourself the truth! If you think that's bad behavior, calling someone fat, I mean, then picture yourself as your own superhero, fighting that injustice--in your mind. Make it a cause, not personal.

Because some of us feel good about ourselves when we see ourselves far more better off than somebody else. Some call it confidence. Others, call it insecurity.
