Is the only purpose of the rear-view mirror to put make-up on?

That's the only use I ever see it getting...I don't wear make-up; so, I don't use it at all!

When I say I can't wear make-up, I am telling the truth...don't imply that I use it! The only thing I know about make-up is that mascara goes on your eyebrows, but everyone knows that.

Of course its not the only purpose, I think you can remove make-up with it as well! So I am told.

You should be aware of everything around you at all times when driving a motor vehicle. You want to know where the other cars are, in case you have to avoid a hazard in the road. If all you are watching is directly in front of you, you are not driving safely!

Well than I wouldn't want you driving my car.

Seeing behind you can be important at times that you need to take a quick glance. I know you're suppose to turn back and look in your blind spots but a rear-view is seriously important.

Yeah it is... and maybe for checking some terrorist on your back, cause most of the american infantry units have them... but on my car... i think i never actually used them.. their like the "vestigial structure" of a car...some day they will stop making those...

i'm actually very obsessive with my rear-view mirror
depending if someone is or not behind me, i can adjust my speed just so. or quite possibly piss them off when they ride my tail.


and i use the pull-down mirror instead.
