Try bottom clenches where you tighten the buttocks, as many times as you can at a rapid pace, this works on the buttock muscles, also you can stand up straight hold on to anything that keeps your balance, and lift your leg and extend it to the side and to the back of you keeping your back straight, this exercise is similar to the exercise that ballerina's do, it helps to tighten the buttocks.
