Yes, you may have more luck at a department store. These mattresses are becoming so common that more and more items are available for them.

I have a king size pillow top mattress and the only thing I have found that keeps the sheets on is the "suspenders" for the sheets. It doesn't take long to put them on. They sell them in a pack of 4 at Wal-Mart for about $2.00

Measure the depth on your mattress from top to bottom then check the packaging of the fitted sheets you want to purchase. There are sheets made with deeper pockets that will fit.

Measure the depth of your mattress. The go to bed bath and beyond or any other store with hight quality sheets and by the depth you need . I even got a set at Walmart ( although the thread count isn't that high but they are soft now after many washings) that fit my 18 inch mattress.

They make sheet stays that look like small suspenders. You hook one end to a corner of the fitted sheet, pull it diaganally under the mattress and hook the other end to the opposite end of the same corner. These keep the sheet from popping off...you can buy them at Wal Mart

Check the tag (sewn or glued) on your mattress for the size, then, if you are near a Bed & Bath Beyond, call and ask for that size measurement in a fitted sheet. They should have them.

You need to get deep pocket sheets. You can find them at a lot of stores that sell bedding products. I know they are at wal-mart and kmart. You just have to read the package and make sure they say "deep pocket" or something of that nature.
