I read that America produces fewer great..doctors,surgeons,scientist,people in medicine, Mathematicians, overall great thinking minds....Is it beacuse of the increase in pornography, rap music, drug abuse, ignorant cartoons ect ect thats not sparking our young minds to really challenge themselfs Intellectually.I think other countries seem to take learning, education more seriously..am I wrong?

The world is going down the toilet spiritually and morally. The US has less interest in education because we are so comfortable with what we have that it is making us lazy.

how is rap making less great thinking minds. in my opinion rap is stupid music but that would have nothing to do with being a doctor. i think maybe that it could be a lack of education in our school systems, science is in all of those things you mentioned above but there seems to be less and less of it in our schools. i listen to heavy metal music, and i love the Simpson's I'm still in college though but when i graduate i hope to be able to find a real nice job with decent pay researching new drugs and therapies.
the money side hasn't really put a huge emphasis on becoming a scientist either. doctors seem to be in court more then there are in their office. it seems all the porn is religion related these days so i wouldn't worry about that much. "oh my god religion killed science", "you bastard"

You can't just blame culture. There are a lot of other things that go into this as well. Most other nations do not consider dropping out of school an option, where as we do. There is also the financial aspect. There could be a great doctor out there without the money to go to college. It isn't his fault, but it's still highly unlikely they will be a doctor. A lot of the time, the people who do have the money do not want to, so they aren't going to be 'great'.

There are great minds everywhere, but what is going down the toilet is what used to be mediocre is now scum. Many of us who are not among the "great" have lost our footing in leading a moral path in our lives and presenting good examples for our kids.

i become raised interior the South with very defined manners. A gentleman continually lifted the seat AND placed it down so as that a woman does not might want to contact the seat. Then a married a guy who does carry yet does not placed down. It made me nuts in the start yet after 10 years of marriage you study a thanks to p.c.. your fights and the lavatory seat is in simple terms not nicely worth it. he's a sturdy husband and father, loves us both, works problematic to make positive we are comfortable. lavatories at the on the spot are not a courting breaker till you enable that is.

America, ever though it leads the world, is uncapeable of doing it right. We are failing as a country, when it comes to academica, sports, etc.. We have very few good scientists, doctors. You know the rest.
