My worst was when my Harley flipped and dumped me then landed on my chest. I broke my right shoulder, pulled the muscle totally off my right rotator cuff and now I have 11 bulging disk in my back.

It was my sons injury when he was 4. His father was helping him out of the tub and he slipped and hit his mouth on the tub. He cried and then fell asleep. About 2 hours later he woke up screaming. His front tooth had split right down the middle. The two pieces had to be extracted the next day.

Yikes, I've had some good ones.
I shattered my two front teeth (a kid hit me with a bicycle), requiring extensive dental surgery.

I landed head first on a basketball court floor when I fell from a stunt when I was on the cheerleading squad. i didn't have a concusion, but I had a really bad headache afterwards.

when i had my gallbladder taken out cuz now i dont know what to eat i eat what i use tio but i get gas pains real bad
