I think that if God was big enough to make the heavens, and tha earth, man, and beasts. Then it would be very narrow minded to think that we are the only intelligent beings that he would create.I am a christian ,and I don't think so either.

I'm not sure if we have intelligeble life here... Do you mean intelligent life? If so, consider that the universe is infinite. That being the case, there are an infinite number of possibilities that there are other worlds with intelligent life. So my answer would be no, we are not the only planet with intelligent life. We may never know for sure, but the possibilities are endless.

Sometimes I wonder if there's intelligent life on THIS planet (JK). But think about it. How likely is it that with billions of planets out there, many could have the conditions to support some kind of life. Just because we dont have the technology to detect them yet doesnt mean they arent there.

when you consider the size of the universe as we presently conceive it to be it seems unlikely that the earth would be the only planet to evolve intelligent life.

The life on this planet seems pretty unintelligible at times. Maybe it needs a dictionary.

"Intelligent" and yes, I believe so. We have not yet found a body in outer space capable of sustaining even microbiological life at this time.

fact is, we don't really know ... yet.

All we have are assumptions, right now.

Till we get evidence to the reverse, we must assume it's ture.
