I am sorry if this seems an over simplification to your question, but in reality ( to me of course) They are one in the same. Terrorism would in my opinion end, if we could further education, and eliminate poverty. With what the world spends on it's wars; no one should ever go to bed hungry. When one sets out on a trail of vengeance he must first dig two graves. "If you survive, you have still eliminated your soul, your essence! Trust me, as a Vet from the 60's, killing someone doesn't go away! Your never quite the same again!

No not at all. A terrorist is just that someone that trys to get what they want by terrorizing others. A Vigilante would be the guy that kills sexual predators before they prey again.

Vigilante's go after social criminals, terrorists go after the weak and innocent. I see a large difference between them. Vigilante's want to take the law into their own hands and be judge, jury, and executioner. Terrorists want you to do what they say and believe in, and are willing to kill YOU, and anyone else that doesn't agree with their intolerant beliefs.

Vigilante's defend and or get vengeance by the use of fatal force for reason of crimes committed by outlaws such as murder, rape, and or molestation... where as terrorists are subhuman mass murderers that murder innocent people for a so-called religious cause, and or land discrepancy...
