Young lady - you are basing your worth on whether you have a boyfriend or not, and saying you are bored because you don't have one. What dude would want a girl that makes HIM be responsible for her worth and happiness. A guy wants a girl who is already happy just to be alive, and finds ways to entertain herself. You don't have to be laughing all day long, but don't make people think they have to take care of your boredom, or lonliness. You'll be tied down soon enough with a husband, children and a mortgage payment, enjoy life while you are still young. See the world, join the service, DO something for yourself, without waiting for someone to do it for you.

Get up. Go take a shower. Go to the mall and get a new haircut. Get a new outfit or two. Get your nails done. Buy a new pair of summer sandals. Call a friend. Drive somewhere for the weekend....and stay overnight. Go to the library on Wednesday nights. Take hip hop lessons on Thursday nights. Invite 6 people over for spaghetti and Balderdash on Friday night. Join a gym with a friend on Saturday and swim every Saturday morning. On Sunday morning, go to church. On Monday, look through the college catalogs and enroll in an art class....perhaps sculpture. Start now making little sculptures for friends for the holidays....or ornaments for your tree. Relax....you're young and special, and someone special will come along and swoop you up. Don't be in a hurry....millions will pass by that are NOT the 'one'. Let them pass by and just enjoy your life.

Be patient luvly chip. Some have probably just been too shy to ask you out already. If you like someone, give them some clues and next thing you know, you will have a boyfriend!

Well in this country good english is always a turn on for me... since people don't seem to know it or utilize it... I would ask you but by the way you type I don't think you know it either... Will I ever find someone who will speak english...?

Maybe your expectations are to high/low. I bet he is closer to you than you think. Maybe you work with him. Maybe he is your next door neighbor. Maybe you have allowed yourself to believe that the right guy is the wrong guy. Look in your back yard. He might be looking over the fence right now!!!!
