You wanna keep it sweet? Invite everyone to an amusement park, and or a river boat cruise with a dj. don't know what you want to spend. I thin kg the MTV Sweet 16 show has spoiled a lot of kids into thinking that's what everyone gets. Have a pool party, or a cook out, or camp out in a state park or something. Have an all white attire party, or all some other color party. Have a Pirate/Damsel in distress party... good luck!

If it's just the girls, go book yourself at the local hair styling academy. Get your hair done, your nails done, massage, whatever. It's cheaper there. With the money you save, take yourselves out to a swanky restaurant and enjoy all the attention. At the end of the night, take a limo home, and have an old-fashioned pyjama party and talk about guys, bands, clothes and whatever. Make it a no guys allowed night. It's probably the last chance you'll ever get to have this much fun together without the over-riding sexual tension predatory males impose.

Hi - How about a "Hawaiian BREAKFAST Luau" on a beach?? Lots of fresh fruit...flowers and Hawaiian music! Then the rest of the day is a beach day. Our daughter and her friends loved it! We brought lots of the normal breakfast foods and sweets...but also had the Hawaiian theme on tables and blankets and umbrellas! Sarong s for the girls and Hawaiian shirts for the boys. Our local supermarket made a large themed cake....all the kids were home for dinner and fun was had by all!

Live band, good recorded dance music, no drugs--alcohol, nicotine are drugs. They, also, lower inhibition so that you do things you wish you never had.
Drugs, including alcohol, destroy brain cells which never regenerate. This body is a beautiful gift from God. Why would we ever destroy such a gift? Get high from life. It's permanent, never lets you down, no morning after, no sobering up, no withdrawal. Just gets better and better.

employ a photo sales area---I went to 2 weddings with them and everyone has a blast taking stupid pictures all nighttime and then showing them to everybody. instead of a universal cake, do a chocolate fountain for dessert. even as a cake wrestle or paint warfare sounds interesting, you'd be hit with a significant surcharge in case you damage the position you're having it.

Try a beach party - indoors if necessary. Provide beach towels,
sunglasses, pretty tropical decorations etc. Lots of food but
no alcohol or drugs.

Take your friends and go hand out food at a local homeless shelter. Might not be fun but you'll get a grip on reality.

My daughter will be 16 next month and she wants a 20's style, mafia theme. I have NO idea how I am going to pull that off...lol.

A luau, karaoke party, lazer tag or paintball, go karting. Or for just girls movie night sleepover with lots of goodies, stories, and beauty products.
