I am moving to a new place and I dont have enough time to tour the apartment. Is there anyway that I can know how old the aprtments are. I checked some photos of the apartments but all of them seem good but I dont want to base my decision based on just that. Suggestions please....Thank you

1. Ask the agent listing the apartment; his listing may state the age.

2. Check that state's online real property tax records--they often list the date of construction.

Ask the landlord, owner or call your court house. They will tell you when it was built.
