If it is only a tan... try to keep your skin moisturized and do not effoliate. If it is a sun burn, then use aloe (cold from the fridge), lotion and some "burn spray". Do not scratch and do not remove the peeling skin... it could damage your skin.

I always burn and peel, but by some miracle of God I actually tanned this summer. I've kept from peeling and drying out by using an extra moisturizing lotion every time I get out of the shower - without fail. I'm still waiting for the peeling to start, but it hasn't, so I think it works. I'm actually using an old jar of face cream - but I think any body butter would work.

Aloe juice, "Fruit of the Earth." Best thing for skin. Walmart in the pharmacy.

sugar ...curd and oats meal (if ur skin is bit oily )avoid oatmeal if dry
