The stupidest thing I ever saw, was myself, when speeding down a steep hill as a child on my pushbike, I wondered "What would happen if I jiggle my handlebars, really hard?" Suffice to say, rather than thinking it through, I ended up at the bottom of the hill, blood soaked and full of gravel-rash, looking up the hill to where my bike lay wrecked from having made an abrupt stop as a result of some IDIOT, jiggling his handlebars hard, whilst doing around 30 mph down a VERY steep hill...

DOH!!!

:P

One of the stupidest things I ever witnessed was a woman telling her young daughter - maybe 5 or 6 years old - that if she didn't behave she would take her to the doctor and make her get a shot.

I saw Steve-O's ( from Jackass)
"Don't Try This at Home Tour" when it came to Toronto. Wee man and Chris (Party Boy) were there too.
That was lots of stupidity If you've ever seen anything he's done on the show, or the movie it was like that, but in front of you. Plus he kept throwing beer all over the audience. I came out of there soaking wet in beer. Then we saw them after the show.

I have a friend who never stops to think about the consequences of his actions. Once he was helping another friend swap axles on his blazer. The donor truck was on a trailer, and on jack stands wile he was under it trying to kick the springs loose from the shackles. he was also run over at work by an S-10 wile running along side of it and dumping a pop on the windshield.

Tossing a football back and forth with their 6 year old child in the middle of a busy street, watching their one year old toddle after a ball into the SAME street, then yelling at the older sister for not "watching him better" the older sister was inside!Seeing these same people dealing in FRONT of their kids and the list goes on....Again, I am SO glad I moved!

I witness it everyday. Stupid women throwing themselves at men; then, boo hoo hoo; they come crying to me.

In my grandma's (or maybe great-grandma's--I don't know) time, men had to come to the home to visit--chaperoned by the girl's family. They didn't leave the home. They brought candy, flowers, perfume. Each guy would try to outdo the other guy for the girls attention/affection. She had her pick. The girl was a virgin 'til marriage.

Now, each guy has groupies, each one trying to outsex the other for the guy's attention. The guys have their pick.

Dumb! The guys just go through the girls, one by one, looking for the strong one who won't give in to him. (I think guys are given a bad rap. It's the girls who are the aggressors, not the guys. I've witnessed it.) That's the one he'll choose; 'cause, he's just looking for strength (wherein lies security), just like the girls are.

God has placed the burden of chastity on the woman, not the man. Men are hard-wired to spread their seed for the continuance of the human race. Women are hard-wired to nest (make a home), also, so that little ones can be safely nurtured to adulthood to continue the race. Men's genitals are on the outside of their bodies, women's on the inside. It's physically easier (though, still difficult) for a woman to be chaste (pure) than for a man. I think men really are the weaker sex when it comes to sex. Women have the responsibility to hold a high standard, for man to reach up to. Sex is very powerful. Men give love to get sex; women give sex to get love. If a man truly loves a woman, he'll wait for marriage. If not, he'll just go on to the next woman. It's a good separator--the wheat from the chaff--love from lust, for the girls AND the guys. Guys say, "Prove you love me by doing it." Girls need to learn, "Prove you love me by waiting 'til after marriage for it." Women who end up screwed have only themselves to blame. Baha'u'llah says that women are the soul of man. A strong woman is powerful. She can help a man discover his own soul--in her. I believe it was not Adam's ribs that were shared, but woman's soul.

Come on ladies, wise up. What you're doing isn't working. There are so many fatherless babies to testify to that. It's up to us. We've just got to be strong enough for us AND them. I don't think they really want to get anyone in trouble. They're just powerless not to, unless they get some help from us.
