Depends on how you body is shaped, whether you are overweight in the arms or slender. Overweight arms look best in a sleeved dress. Slender arms can get away with sleeveless.

this depends on whether you have nice arms, its nice to show arms off with sleeveless, but if you have chunky arms were a capped sleeve.
Whatever you feel comfortable wearing and makes you feel good is the right thing to wear.

sleeveless i think they show off arms off and highlight the neck
or you could just wear a vest with a nice skirt

I prefer sleeveless too. Just ensure you dont have an ugly arm, fat arm should not wear sleeveless dress. Must remove away your arm pit hair too (it is very important)!!
