I used to work for Revlon. Colorstay (mentioned above) is excellent. But, the new Revlon Age Defying is even better. It's specifically designed for women in their 40's (but is great for women 35-60). You can get the full coverage version. In addition to looking & feeling great, it helps your skin - both prevents & repairs wrinkles/fine lines. It's antiaging, so it should also help reduce your sun spots.

Do I have news for you? After searching high and low for the same thing, I found out that Prescriptives Flawless is the best in the market. First and foremost, the coverage is amazing and not cakey at all. Second, it lasts all the day. Third, it is very gentle to skin. Fourth, it does wonders for wrinkles. And fifth, you will get great color match. Highly recommended. Do not get Revlon Colorstay. Although R provides good coverage, the negative consequences such as difficulty in removing the product, is substantial.

Lancome Dual Finish powder. It doesn't feel cakey, it gives you excellent coverage and eliminates the need for foundation. There are several different methods for applying it as well, with each giving you a different amount of coverage. I have been using it for about 10 years, and every time a friend has used mine they have immediately bought there own. I refuse to use anything else.

The best foundation I have found for full coverage is Coverstay. It is a bit pricey but it truly covers almost everything and stays on all day. It is made by Revlon.

Try Clinique. They have a few that would work well for good coverage of acne and sun damage. They also have products that will make it go away(Total Turn Around and Advanced Stop Signs)but you have to wear sunscreen once you start treating them, if you don't they will come right back.

Try the Mary Kay foundation. It comes in full and medium coverage depending on your skin type. It feels really light on your skin and is relatively affordable. Their creme to powder foundation works well also.

Hi, Please go to www.wonderful.myarbonne.com
Check out the catalog for the RE9 system...it is wonderful! I have been using it for a month..I'm 51 and my skin has improved so much! They also have an About Face Makeup line that hides the lines really good. I used the Loreal foundation, but quit because it accented the lines. Arbonne products are pure, safe and beneficial. They are never tested on animals and have no animal by-products. If you want to know what is in OTC makeups and lotions google "rendering plants" to what goes in them.
Good luck to you.

I like liquid makeup with a sun block in it. I put powder on to set it. If there are any blemishes or discolorations showing through, I use a cotton swab with concealer on it to gently touch the marks and blend them. I always apply my makeup next to a window so it doesn't look clownish when I go outside.

you could try finding a reliable beauty supply store and ask the sales rep to help you. or try hsn.com or qvc.com and browse their cosmetic lines for ideas. Im 46 and have the same as you describe; I quit using foundation several yrs ago - I use REVLON SKIN LIGHTS. I found it covers well, adds a little color and looks good on.
