IF your babby sitter adandoned your kids, in pa what is the law?

I life my kids for 4 days what a babby sitter and at 3am on friday morning her left them and did not come back. I get a call at 10:30 saturday from the kids and they told me he left and was not back.I will like to know if this is abandonment under pa lwa.
