Well this is a very strict and diverse topic. Everyone has there own beliefs which makes us all unique. Personally I believe that there isn't a "person" called God, however I believe that God is a Spirit a force of energy. I believe that God is that voice inside you that tells you not to do that wrong thing that your mind is telling you will be alright this one time. As for luck and destiny, I have to say no to Luck and yes to destiny.
I believe that we all have a divine purpose hence our destiny is to serve our Lord and use the Basic Instruction's Before we Leave the Earth. Luck I think is man made because man can not believe in things that are intangible. Which is why they always associate science with God. I believe that God is above all things. So you breath air but can not see it does that mean it doesn't exist?
I have a lot of different encounters with faith and God, and I for one believe that God is real.
Its amazing that so many people don't believe, but that again is what makes us all different.
Although I wouldn't want to be on that end of the spectrum..

Yes, there is The One and Only GOD. He controls every thing except when humans use their free will against His. He has a wonderful plan for even you! Ask me more if you like.
I do not believe in luck and only Gods destiny.

No I believe God is in all of us. God is love and those of us who have love in our hearts have God there whether we know it or not. Luck, no. Destiny yes. We all have a purpose for being here. So we all have a destiny whether we know it or not.

GOD is a concept than a 'person'.The act of giving a human form or something similar is just to make the people understand the super natural power which controls the universe. Even some section of atheists subscribe to concepts like 'universe', 'cosmos' or just 'nature'. Sure there is someone up there (or down there or everywhere!!) who listens to us and helps us when we need it. And also tells us to be good and kind to others. There is God within all of us in the sense that there is lot of goodness within us which makes us do good things.

Yes, but not necessary in the sky. He's everywhere. I talk to him everyday. Sure feel good! He's got a book to teach you how to live right - always on the best seller list. It's called the Bible.

Better than any other leadership books, management books, etc.

"Is there someone in the sky called 'god'?
First, not necessarily "in the sky", and second, not necessarily called 'god'. Also, to refer to THAT as "someone" is also misleading and inaccurate. But I know what you mean by your question, and intend to answer it. Okay .. Now, you are expecting an answer from a human being like me who is limited, meek, selfish, uncertain of obvious things sometimes, not to mention beyond human perception concepts, so how perfect or near to truth do you think my answer will be with the limited tools I have, such as the mind and the five or even six senses? And of course you don't want religion to be involved otherwise you wouldn't have asked the question - which I also don't want to involve.
Let's first agree to what you mean by 'god'. Is it the creator of the universe? The greatest soul of all souls or the greatest spirit of all spirits? A super being? A super power that escapes our imagination and logic? A great tyrant or mystical emperor? What? Could your answer be, a being that has all those characteristics and more? In all cases, that will be our concept of god as human beings. Is it real? The existence could be real, but the description is human. In other words, even if there is a god in existence, it is not necessarily the one humans can describe or locate. Humans think in terms of time, space and causation; in terms of the senses; in terms of matter and shape, while that existence to which we refer as 'god' should be beyond all this if it was really the creator of the universe. You cannot make a car and be the car. You cannot build a house and be the house. As humans, we build a house and live in it. Ignorantly, we think god does the same: we think he builds the body and “inserts” itself in it, like a fugitive animal or so. Ignorance can imagine a lot. Similarly, whoever created this universe, call it god, God, Jehovah, Atman, Jesus Allah .. can never be known by his handmade universe, nor can it be possible to expect to refer to it as the universe itself. Simple: If you believe there's one, then it's your image of what you believe in, that you refer to as 'god'. I myself, believe there is an extracelestial omnipotent existence that stands alone and no creature whatsoever has the right to call it anything, any name, any description. And yes, I believe in destiny, but not as it is described by religions - no exception. Destiny is that extracelestial omnipotent existence's business - it might be our concern, but it is not our business to argue or discuss or describe because we are mere slaves to our body and mind. The consciousness inside us - or is it outside and we are inside it? - is trapped in the body and mind so it 'feels' the need for freedom in the after life existence - if there is one. Is there one? Who came back from the dead and can tell? Who gave the authority to another human being to speak for 'god' and tell us there is life after death? Couldn't god himself contact his creation directly without having to act like an inefficient inventor who assigns handmade deputies to inform other handmade creatures of what he wants them to know or do?
Bottom line ... there should be ‘one’ .. but who can tell how ‘he’ looks or where ‘he’ is or why ‘he’ is there? Our f**ng minds??? Bu**it!

Yes, He is in Heaven.

I believe in God's PLAN FOR MY LIFE. I don't believe I can change anything, unless I outright disobey Him.

That reminds me to get up of the 'puter and go get ready for church, so I can thank Him and worship HIm.

Thanks for reminding me to get up off my bohunkus..
