I like a few songs by the group "Air". Its electronica. One song is Surfing on a Rocket.
Oh, sorry, they sing in English, though. But they are a French group. I don't know any good songs with French lyrics.

A couple of my favorites are Allez Leur Dire and Les Laisser Faire by Tonton David. I also like Dejeuner en Paix by Stephan Eicher. These are old songs, but I really like them.
