when people call at 2am they always use star 69,so i was wondering if there is a way to find out the number.

*69 seems to be the code to hear the last number that called YOU. It would be the code that you would use to hear the number that called you at 2am.

I think the feature you would need on your end would be the 'Anonymous Caller ID'.

No. The phone company blocks the number being shown. Your best options are a) call the authorities or b) ask the person calling.

if they used *69 to call you, it means that you call them first.
get a caller ID and the mystery will be gone
