you have to hold a gun license and it cant be more than a 3 shot gun, most American guns handle up to 5 cartridges, you would have to use an importer, and it would probably have to be inspected first. It may also have to be sent to a police station and you would have to produce your gun license there. Your local gun smith will know the details for sure.

Yes. you can mail a gun anywhere as long as the package is properly marked and there is no ammunition in the package with it.
