You sure know how to cut to the chase. For the HIGHEST score you cheat: buy the answers or hack the network. If that seems extreme, then consider the odds against your son getting into medical school and it will put it into perspective for you.
He could just study, of course, but do you really trust your son to study that hard?

You can buy sample exams. Practise practise practise. The MCAT does not test medical knowledge really, it is more about reasoning. You could find the tests at most book stores.
