N.I.B. means Nativity In Black, Hense the Black Sabbath tribute album's name.
Most Die-hard Sabbath fans know this to be true, and people of the occult...(I'm not saying Ozzy's a Satan worshipper) That is why they call the tribute albums "Nativity In Black". Ozzy has been quoted after seeing the movie "BLACK SABBATH" w/Boris Karloff in the begining of the band's career when they were called "EARTH" as saying , "People love having the sh*t scared out of them" thats why his music was of the dark side and named the band after the movie, To scare people and make money...it worked. And Yes I have heard the nibbie story too, that story was fabricated by the band so You would'nt know the real meaning. It can mean what ever the listener wants it to mean just like any other song or poem.

Thank you for your time, and don't be a lemming, do some research for yourself.
have a nice day all. God bless.

Many people say that it's nativly in black,
But I've heard in Geezer Butler interview that he mentioned:
"Bill had a funny pen that one day its ink spilt on his clothes,
so we started calling him Nibbie (like the pen). And NIB has got nothing to do with the song, only a credit to Bill ward."
