My son is hard working intelligent boy and he want to go to medical school.He is preparing MCAT.Can someone with personal experience tell how can he acieve his goal?

I'm assuming that your son has figured out all of the steps for applying to medical school (like finishing his pre-requisites, spending some time volunteering, etc.).
If his sole concern right now is the MCAT, I suggest that he take a prep class like Kaplan. They're probably the best class out there for MCAT prep.
