Because he needs to get all the badges and win the Elite Four competitions. He has only gotten up to the top 8. Who want's that? No one thats right. So he's fighting everyone that gets in his way to get the ultimate prize. To become pokemon master supreme. And because Pikachu still dies to the Gym Leaders pokemon (Shouldn't Pikachu be lvl 100 by now?)

I don't know.I too like her beauty but may be b'coz she is said as the most beautiful woman.but we really don't know how her character is and so, we cannot judge her.
