First you are going to have provide at least the type of magazine. Doing a little homework might help. All magazine editors have rules of writing and statements of what they are looking for including length and pictures.
If you're not willing to do that little bit of work it is unlikely that you'll ever complete an article and get it published.

If you live in India , or know about India then you can write about the recent floods in Mumbai on 5,6,7,8 of June 2006. It rained around 100 milimeter compared to the 995milimeter of rainfall in Mumbai on 26 July 2005.
You can also write about the pethatic state of 150 years old drainage system in Mumbai which is the FINANCIAL capital of INDIA.

Cheese. Talk about additives in cheese that prevent bad stuff from growing in it that can make you sick and something about the cheese that doesn't have the additives. or you could introduce some cheeses that aren't common here in the US and offer a history, how it's made, and what it's used for as well as some tasty cheesy recipes for the readers. You could entitle the article "I 'heart' Cheese"
