Highly competitive. Hard training. Team spirit. Happy days, sad days, days you wished you were never part of the team, days you thank your lucky stars you are.

I played baseball from Pee-wee up to high school. I did fine until my first year in the majors of little league. I guess I peaked in my final year of the minors where I hit over .300 and could hit the ball anywhere, except over the fence. Once I got to high school, I rode the bench and only started a couple of games. Still love the sport though.

in highschool i was on softball team. i was totally inexperienced.
later in life i played recreational league: softball and volleyball, i had very little experience in either.
NOW, if you mean, what was the experience like, then the answer is. for the rec leagues it was good because it was really about socializing with people, not the sport. but the highschool team really intimidated me and i felt dumb and out of place

yeah- soccer. It was amazing. We were together as a team (+/- a few people a year) for like 10 seasons. it was amazing. Our coach was good and we even got to the point that we prayed before every game. I miss it so much. When we hit high school my coach said that he would no longer do it because he didn't want us to be held back during high school. But my time with them were amazing- i wouldn't trade it in a million years.

I've played sports my whole life... from t-ball as a kid to softball/b-ball in high school and college to womens tackle football now.. I have loved every minute of it! It's highly competitive, but the camaraderie is amazing! If I could change one thing, it would be to get paid so I could do it for a living!

Handball, perhaps I should explain... gates like in soccer, indoor sport... 6 meter semicircle around the gate will set a barrier which makes illegal if stepped on... ball looks like the volleyball but a tad bit smaller... Nice sport. Pretty popular in Europe.
voleyball, and soccer.

I used to play pick up games in basketball. Yes, a female in a mostly male team. (I was in my teens.)
I never played organized sports - for a regular team. It's just not my thing.

No, I never got the opportunity because I was helping my dad and watching the younger ones. All my sisters were on teams and I enjoyed watching them play in there games.
