She has fans because she can afford them!!
She's only worth about 500 billion dollars, that can buy alot of people!

According to a recent poll, less than 20% of the country likes her. So apparently she doesn't really have as many fans as it seems.

She probably does not have many fans. People are just amazed at the stupid things she is accustomed to doing. It makes for a good laugh.

because she is rich, the child of the rich, does weird things, got caught making her own porn film with her boyfriend, and because of this and all the other things, many people either want to roger her, be like her, or talk about how stupid she is. Very popular pass time, pointing out how stupid other people are.

I don't know, but the South Park episode about her named "Stupid Spoiled Whore" was absolutely the funniest episode of any sitcom ever. I had to pause Tivo and get up to leave the room I was laughing so hard.
