Nothing, they cancell each other out, not unless you picked up the leaf and went back the way you came thus only recieving 1/2 of the good luck :)

i wouldn't care if i picked it because..the luck of the clover and the bad luck of the ladder would weigh out to be equal if ya know what i mean
