Hello,

Looks like the main user (administrator) of the computer has not setup your user account to be an administrator either.

Have them make you an admin, and you should be fine. This can be done while they are logged in, in control panel, under users.

It's done by a a spyware, yea 99% sure...... spywares does this kind of task so that they can be hidden..... the'res spyware in your pc.. scan with your antivirus once.. if didn't found download spyware doctor http://www.download.com but this won't re enable task manager... to enable Task Manager...

> Start Menu > regedit > Hkey.... current Users > software > Microsoft > Windows > current Version > System > double click the Value Disabletaskmgr at right side... and set it's value 0 or delete it...
That's it it's done!

Go 2 safe mode (press F8 while start up) and there will be an administrator user. login 2 it nd dats where u can enable it. i donno how 2 do it. but u can make urself an administrator if u using dat account. if sum1 has installed da window 4 u then he/she will know da password 4 da administrator user.

If u are an admin then it can be a virus. scan ur pc 4 virus or spyware.

Could be a potential virus. I would run some virus scans using free software provided online.
