What the heck is a text button? You mean a button with text written on it? That really depends on the programmer who creates the page. If the programmer decides to do that, you will see one; if not, you won't

I don't know of any web page which has a 'text button'. You may be thinking of some web page design software which might have a 'graphics button' for adding graphics and a 'text button' for adding text but as it stands, your question makes no sense.

there is nothing like text button. it can be either text box or button.
