No, you can't measure. Although, I guess it is all relative and subjective. If you want to be more creative, try to open your mind and eliminate barriers. They say that kids (around 4-5) are the most creative because they haven't yet established barriers/constrictions that they learn from society.

Why not?
Look at the creativity of miracles and wonders around you on planet earth.
Look at the creativity being created with love for the good of mankind on planet earth.
Example - The love songs that you heard over the air.
Listen and read those beautiful lyrics sung by the children out there with feelings of love on planet earth.
