he wants to have his cake and eat it too. the stability of married life and the spice of single life....maybe he stands to lose financially in a divorce.

He cheated on you a couple of times and you are still with him, so, why stop cheating. He can have his fling and you too. You proved that to him already. Heck, if you are doing all of your duties and he cheated and you continued to do your duties and he cheated again then he is a lucky man. Some men need that slap in the face, the divorce papers demanding the house, spousal support, child support, alimony, the car, the bank account and visitation guidelines for them to straighten out. Or, he is not getting from you what he needs. Some men are just stupid. If you want out then do what you have to do. He made his choice, besides, it's not up to him. Remember the two of you came together and are now one and half of you is cheating. Learn why and fix it, if you can or let the state deal with him.

As long as you give him an option, of course he will take the most convenient. I say option because you are telling him what you "want" instead of what you are "doing". If you really want out then get out. It shouldn't matter what he want's. What he want's is clearly defined by his actions, not his words.
Now, what do you want? It doesn't make you any less of a human by accept his trysts as part of his genetic blue print, but loving him regardless. It doesn't make you less human by staying in a marriage with a man that seems to take advantage of your inability to decide to leave him. This all in fact makes you human, and patient. Maybe gullible, naive, spineless, etc. to some, but these words are merely opinions. How you feel about your life is what matters. If you don't care about how you feel about that, than noone else will either.

I hope this answer just changed a life. Peace.

yes, u r right! it cant be love if he have cheated you couple of times.

he doesnt want out bcos u r his legal wife, one thing for sure. u treasures him the most and you might be too... a nice and soft person that he ever knows and he also have full control of yr mind.

be harsh and firm and u will find his true colours and get the answer u want.

again u and only u! can bring out the dark side of him.

The answer is simple... A confident guy never search for girls and he will try to be happy with the present situation, and try to make the present life more wonderful....... but your hubby thinks that, if u got a guy who is more romantic and powerful than him to make u happy in bed... then u realise the limitations of ur hubbie.. He afraid to face that situation...

have you seen the movie enough with j.lo?? if you haven't i say go buy it cause it sounds just like the movie. he screwed up not once but twice!! it sounds to me like a control freak!! just go to a lawyer and tell him you want a divorce then he'll give you the papers and you'll go to court!! the best part you'll get the house the card and most of his money!! teach this *** a lesson!! he's gonna try to change your mind saying he'll change and it won't happen again but don't listen to his story have your head focused on divorce and find a guy that will love you

This is a really difficult question to answer. Sometimes guys just want to have fun. Maybe he still loves you. Maybe he doesn't. It might be that he just wants you with him by his side but he isn't in love with you. Or he's embarrassed of having a divorce. There are tons of maybes. I hope you really get what makes you happy. Good luck!

He sounds like a control freak. He wants the best of both worlds. Get some legal advise and find out what you can do to protect yourself. Sorry to hear this.

well if he cheated on you , he will always cheat, you give him some kind of security whether it be financial or emotional, or he knows youre insecure about yourself, and put up with his cheating cause you have low self-esteem about yourself. Can't change leopards spots. Is he willing to take care of you if you contract a STD or Aids from him

I think if a spouse cheats once, there is a possibility of working it out....But not if its happened more than that.If you are ready to get out; What are you waiting on? His permission???? If you want out...GET OUT.He screwed up,yet, you think he is going to be ok with you leaving?? Not hardly. He wants his cake and eat it too.So you just go if you want to go.I wish you all the best.Take Care.

Either it's love.. or he dun wan his reputation of him infront of his frens, colleagues to be ruined.. or maybe he just wanted to fling around and come back to a good family..coz he know ur his wife u wont be fooling around like those girls outside..

But that's very selfish of him to do so.. he cant expect himself to go outside fooling around and you are there always waiting for his return...
