Only if you are not circumcised. The foreskin gets stretched some in sexual intercourse, so the first time, you may have some discomfort if you are not circumcised. You might also bleed if you tear the tiny piece of skin that attaches the foreskin to the tip.
If you are circumcised, you SHOULD NOT have pain.
