this may sound stupid, the vagina gets a little puckered when they are pregnet

presumptive signs of pregnancy are- absence of menstruation, nausea vomiting urinary frequency breast changes, line on abdomen(linea nigra), darkening of face armpit nipple etc(melasma, increased pigmentation), stretch mark, bluish discoloration of vaginal wall
