isn't it the thing to massage the body

It is a device that resonant at certain speed. In construction site, they use it to mix the wet cement, so that there will be no bubble within the cement, which will weaken the structure.
What you do is, to look for the switch, and read the iinstruction booklet. Basically, just turn it on, and put the portion that resonant a lot, into the cement.

Glad you asked cause I'm just the person that can help you!!! A vibrator is a tool used in the concrete/cement business to vibrate the air pockets out of wet cement. It's a long rubber hose with a 18 inch shaft attached to the end which vibrates like crazy. You put that into your wet concrete and move it around, gets all the bubbles out and makes the concrete smile from ear to ear!
