I don't know about the youngest mother, but the youngest grandmother, I read in Ripley's was 19 years old.
Also, I remember a few years ago a 10 year old got pregnant and was on the run with the guy who impregnated her in Arizona or somewhere. They found them and the girl was okay. A search of news might find the story.

im not sure about youngest male but the youngest female i heard about so far is some british girl who was 11 years old when she gave birth to her daughter (i think she was 11 when she had the girl anyways), it was on some news site im sorry i cant give the link to it though .

In the UK we had a 12 year old girl who had a baby, but i know that an 11 year old Ukranian girl had a baby recently, you will have to search that yourself

it depends on the area of the world, i've heard about Arab's can pregnant a women as young as 9.
