sex is great right after marriage up until the 8th year. Then the females start taking things out of sex. " I don't like oral sex anymore ". Then why do you get us hooked on it and then stop after were marrird ?.

If you do not show her respect and if you take her for granted in other areas of your marriage, you will find that she gets cooler and cooler i bed. If you have kids, be sure to help out with things like bath time. Help out with the laundry, don't wait to be asked to take out the trash. Don't expect her to be receptive to sex any old time you want it. Also remember you can be affectionate without groping her. Women like to curl up on the couch and snuggle. We like spontaneous back runs that do not have string attached.
Just some points for you to ponder.
You cold talk to her and mention that you really love oral, and ask her of there is something that she really loves that you could try-sort of make a deal to go out of your way to please each other.

maybe you just start looking for your own amusement that your wife does not find that intersting anymore or maybe you need to do something different to spice up the relationship

Maybe they think they don't have to do it after so long? I have no idea, but maybe you're not meeting her needs so she no longer wishes to meet yours. Good luck:)
