You should ask her about it before jumping to any conclusions. Good luck:)

I really think that you should ask her who she is phoning so often but before you do read the following.
You may find that she is going through some trauma or insecurity and needs to speak to this person for reassuring.
Possibly she doesn't want to worry you or you don't give her a sympathetic ear or quality talk time for her to discuss her problems.
If she was having an affair believe me she wouldn't be conducting it over the telephone.
I would suggest that before you talk to her get someone preferably a woman to phone this number and see who the phone belongs to.
Armed with this then you maybe able to get light on the phone calls and from there know how to discuss this with your wife.
I am sure that you are going to find out that there is nothing sinister with these phone calls.
Good Luck

I would find out who that person is and if she is only talking or doing more such as meeting. 20 calls at 45 minutes daily doesn't leave her much time for anything else, maybe you should try and give her more of your time and then she wouldn't have all this free time for calls.

Follow your feelings. If you think something is wrong then it probably is but be careful...on the other side of the coin is the possiblilty that she is planning a surprise party for you. Come right out and ask her is there anything you should be concerned about. If she gets angry and defensive then I would guess that she is up to no good.

You could always come out and ask her. If you're afraid of a confrontation, find out who the number belongs to. Do a little research. But remember, you may find out information you really do not want to know. Been there, done that.....

I would have to agree with kiss2envy, hit redial and see who it is or just ask your wife! Or go to the white pages website and type in the number and see who the number belongs to.

Have you asked her who this person is, why she talks with them so much, and the nature of this relationship. Maybe you know already, but you haven't said much about the details. Don't jump to conclusions. It could be nothing.

18yrs is along time to be with one person, it is a possibility that it is completely innocent, and she just finds them interesting to talk too. If you really want to no just ask her about it, there should be some trust in an 18yr relationship. I should no, have been with partner for 17yrs now

After 18 years of marriage, you would have failed in satisfying her desires and she would have found someone or somesite where she can orally vent up her feelings!!! Understand her and ask her tactfully as what is wrong between you two!!
