The section in the middle where you put the liquid detergent in, is clagging up as I cold wash alot, and now I'm getting some marks on my black clothes.

try pouring 2 liter of synthetic vinegar in the machine and let it sit there over night - it will loosen up calcified stone and with help the drum run smoother

Actually, I believe the section of the agitator where you put the fabric softener can be removed (unscrewed) to clean it. Once you remove it, soak in a mild liquid soap and Clorox bleach. Rinse thoroughly making sure all bleach it removed. Replace section of agitator securely and run an empty load through your machine. This should do the trick. Good Luck..Peace

I just put the detergent in with the clothes, never had that problem

Try running HOT water through it a couple of times
