Have sex with the queen.
When a new queen is born she flies away followed by a large group of male ants.. also with wings. She flies up as high as she can followed by only the strongest male ants. They mate in the air after which the males all fall down to their death.
The queen now has enough seamen to last her a lifetime (some species up to 20 years)
So a male ant is born on the day he dies.

the male ants is not working while the female ants are working the male ants are only the father of a queen ant....and if im not wrong after the queen ant finished to produce egg the male ants kills the queen ant

The male ant impregnates the queen. She remains pregnant after that, laying thousands of eggs from the single copulation. That is all the male ant is good for and he dies after that.
