First of all, start looking past colour. You soul mate may be of a different ethinicity to you. Chat online to people. I like www.faceparty.com. It's really good for connecting with people worldwide. Look for other sites too. And try to get it, because that is the best way, go down to the bar for a drink or two, ask a work mate out? This list is endless...

Follow your heart to where you think that you should be. Is there somewhere you have wanted to go since you were a child? Not just any place, some place that you believe in your heart that will make your life change for the better? Where is that place? Find a way go to there. If you follow your heart to where you are supposed to be, things will work out for you better in life.
