The coldest ocean is the Arctic Ocean, as there are only a few others, those being the Pacific, Atlantic, and Indian. The South Atlantic has a reputation for cold and stormy seas, and in the south Pacific you will find the cold Humboldt Current, which is very important for fisheries and marine life.
