sleep early..that's what i do..
and avoid eating oily foods..
then wash your face regularly..

Drink a cup or 2 of carrot juice daily. Don't eat junk food, and eat as much fresh fruit and vegetables as you can. They say it has no effect, but believe me, you'll see a difference within 3 days.

If you're really struggling, ask your dermatologist about blue light therapy now approved by the FDA. You put your face under blue light for several sessions and acne goes away. The blue light kills bacteria in the skin.

i use this face wash every morning called clean and clear facial lotion and then at night i use it and i use masque on my face and i do not get many blemishes at all.. very seldom.. and i try not to eat greasy food...but cleaning your face often and taking very careful care of your face will help a lot..i sometimes use scrub masque and i use different kinds of masque and it does help your face.. i always hear i look younger than i really am too...

wash your face properly with lots of soap and put tomato peels on the pimple.it helps a lot
