Easy choose a child with one of the diseases that is about to pass on and as the child dies save the world to include the child.

Well, I could have killed that child, either mine or someone else to get such extra-ordinary transformation in the world if I would have had legal, moral, ethical and spritual rights to take someone's life. As things stand today, I have no right to take anyone's life because I can't create one. So I guess I will leave it up to GOD to cure the diseases without having to depend on my power.

Sure, without thinking. Anyone who would say no shouldn't be in charge of big decisions. It ain't a pretty choice but it's an effective one. And if you save the child, you're killing the rest of the world. So there's only one good answer.

an innocent child has a life...
although it would cure many people's lives, i still won't..

No. V r developing & slowly v will be able to find cure for all diseases. Then why kill & resort to such a cruel method?

no i wouldn't, it is not in my disposition to kill any person no matter what. if the prophecy came true, then great. but you will have to live with the fact that you have killed this child. and what if you make the killing and the prophecy doesn't come true?
