Yes sweetie you can get a restraining order for someone harassing you...If they will not leave you alone that is what you need to do....Hope they will stop om there own..
If they keep it up do it don't keep taking that...

It depends on the level of the harassment. It is fairly loose so most times, yes, you can get a restraining order. depending on where you live they cost from 26 to 250. Check with your local legal aid office for the location of funds and lawyers and forms in your area.

You have to be able to show proof of the harrassment but yes you can get a restraining order against them.

If someone is harrassing you, keep a record of the harrassment then go file for a restraining order. Keep examples like voicemail messages, letters ect. or if you have witnesses to the harrassment have them right a statement on your behalf about what they see or hear.
Then go file.

Of course you can because harassment is a threat - call your local police NOW and also make a written record of doing this with officer's name/rank as well as the record number (it may be called something else) the police give you. Do not be scared!! Please!! Do it right now and give the police as much detail as possible.

It doesn't hurt to get it down on record if it's harassment.
Buy a pistol and flex your right to bear furry arms or something like that.
There is something in Michigan going around that if you have a concealed weapon permit you can use it in public if you feel you life is in danger.
And you don't even have to go to court if they die.
Don't wait till it gets out of hand

go to the police and report it and they will ask you a few questions and you will hear from them in a few days.
