simple.. wash regularly, apply cleanser, and toner then moisturize.. drink lots of water and sleep at least 8 hrs a day.. you know, pimples try to surface skin when you don't have enough rest or maybe also the cause of stress, also avoid foods that y'know you are allergic at, it may also trigger reaction to pimples.. avoid nuts.. it makes skin oily and when oil starts pimple might follow..

unfortunately its just a fact of life, but at least your not alone in getting them! sometimes if its really bad, doctors can prescribe antibiotics like Benzamycin, but they tend to be very harsh and can strip your skin leaving it raw and shiny, especially very fair individuals. id say your best bet is not to overwash your skin and load it with products, just soap and water morning and/or evening and crink water CONSTANTLY. also try to eat healthy, excercise but enloy your life! itll pass, believe me and youll regret the wasted hours spent worrying about htem. I hate to say it but there are so many potions and lotions out here promising to improve pimples but the only real healer is time, no matter how frustrating that is!

drink plenty of water & have enough sleep. remove all make up before sleeping & wash face with cold water, apply moisturizer daily to make skin supple & soft. foods like peanuts & chocolates are only myths. its just a matter of proper hygiene
